For this piece, I wanted to explore the male figure in a way that was delicate, but also still aggressive. I utilized oil pastels in two very different ways to achieve this concept. I guess I would even say it could be representative of my experience with masculinity/misogyny— the same men that uphold the world are the ones responsible for its violence and pain.
